All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except for items that arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with the item unused and in its original packaging.

Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order placement. Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Currently, we only ship within Lebanon. Stay tuned for updates on international shipping.

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Our pieces are fashion jewelry. Colors and visuals may slightly vary from product photos. Proper jewelry care is recommended.
